To do any type transaction with us , you must be above 18 years old, having valid ID proof and PAN card.

FEES / PAYMENT

In addition to the cost of booking as charged by the service provided, we reserve the right to add certain fee in terms of service fee / convenience fee as well as taxes as per taxation policy of the Government. All these amount will be shown with complete details over booking charge sheet and it will be clearly shown to the user.

In case of any miscalculation in the booking amount / any fee. Guest will be informed accordingly and user will be liable to clear all charges. In case payment not clear, we deserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund or adjustment.

REFUND

All refund will be cleared on the bank account of the user. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per service provider cancellation policy. It will take time to discuss and settle accounts with service provider. Final amount of refund may take 07 to 30 days, subject to service provider quick actions.

User can't ask service provider for any refund. In case of partial payment, service provider may ask for balance payment. Same will be informed to user along with confirmation voucher at the time of booking.

No refund/ adjustment will be made for any Non Show/ Non Utilized services.

MISBEHAVIOR OF THE GUEST

The hotel reserves the right to disallow check-in-in case guest does not have valid ID proof or his/ her behavior is found suspicious

In such case we/ hotel will not refund any amount to guest.
