Leh Ladakh is located in the western Himalayan region of northern India. Ladakh is bordered by Tibet to the east, Pakistan to the west, Xinjiang, China to the north and Himachal Pradesh to the south. The high-desert city in the Himalayas and the Leh of the Leh region, Leh is an absolute delight having cold desert climate. Being one of the major cities, Leh offers everything a tourist is hoping for. The enchanting stupas, Tibetan-style palaces, and scenic Buddhist Monasteries will truly mesmerising.

Day 1 : Leh to Sham Valley (70 kms | 3-4 hours approx.)

Arrival at Leh airport and direct transfer to Sham Valley passing through some scenic village along the Indus River. Check-in in hotel.

Overnight at Sham.

Day 2: Sham – Lamayuru – Leh (190 kms | 7-8 hours approx.)

After breakfast – Drive to Lamayuru. Visit Moonland and Lamayurur Monastery, Alchi Monastery, Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill and Hall of Fame. Arrive at Leh by Evening

Overnight at Leh.

Day 3: Leh – Nubra Valley (128 kms | 4-5 hours Approx.)

After breakfast drier to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Heighest Motorable road in the worl, 18380 ft). On the way take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. Check-in in the hotel/ Camp. Post lunch enjoy camel safari (double humped camel which are found only in Ladakh and Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village.

Overnight at Nubra Valley

Day 4: Hunder – Turtuk – Thang – Hunder (190 kms | 6-7 hours approx.)

After breakfast drive to Thang (last village of India on India- Pakistan border) this village was captured by India Army in the war of 1971 from Pakistan, enroute visit Turtuk and Tyakshi.

Overnight at Nubra Valley

Day 5: Nubra – Pangong Lake via Shyok River road (150 kms | 6-7 hours approx.)

After breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,5000 ft drive of 6-7 hours. Arrival at Camp. Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake.

Day 6: Pangong Lake –Leh (5-6 hours 140 kms | 5-6 hours approx.)

Early morning enjoys the picturesque view of Sun rise and Lake. After early breakfast drive back to Leh. En Route visit 3 Idiot fame school and Thikse monastery. Evening free time at leisure.

Overnight at Leh.

Day 7: Leh to Leh Airport (4 kms | 15 Minutes approx.)

Early morning transfers to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.
